Post stomach bug mix: peppermint & spearmint (anti-gas, anti-bloating, relieves nausea), catnip (soothing to the nerves and smooth muscles), lemon balm (calming, anti-viral), raspberry leaf (anti-diarrhea, soothes cramping). All from my yard. Rinse and place in a mason jar, fill with just-boiled water and cover. Allow to sit for 20 minutes, strain and drink throughout the day. It’s naturally sweet, so don’t add sweetener.
